Ronald J. Lang Ron Lang is a Principal and the co-founder of North Point Portfolio Managers Corporation. Ron graduated in 1965 with a B.S. from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and in 1968 with a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. Ron spent the first part of his career in the trust department of Society National Bank. From 1974 until he left in 1985, he managed the employee benefit trust group, while continuing to manage a number of personal trust clients and fixed income investments for the group. Ron worked at Greenleaf Capital Management from 1985 until April 30, 1999. While at Greenleaf, Ron began managing stock and balanced portfolios for his clients. On May 1, 1999 Ron and Diane Stack left Greenleaf to commence business as North Point Portfolio Managers. Ron serves on the board of an inner city settlement house, and he has served as both president and treasurer of the Penn Alumni Club of Cleveland. Diane M. Stack, CFA Diane Stack is a Principal and the co-founder of North Point Portfolio Managers Corporation. Diane graduated in 1983 with a B.S. from Siena College. Diane joined Toyo Trust and Banking and spent her first years in the lending department analyzing U.S. corporate risk, and later had responsibility for U.S. prospects located east of the Rocky Mountains. Diane moved to Cleveland in 1988 and joined Greenleaf Capital in 1991. With her background in credit analysis, she became head of the stock research department and was awarded the Charter Financial Analyst designation in 1996. In 1997, she began transitioning her role to that of portfolio manager with stock and balanced portfolios. Diane serves on the board of Adult Guardianship Services in Cleveland and is a past member of the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus. Daniel J. Dreiling Dan Dreiling joined North Point Portfolio Managers Corporation in June 2005 as a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager. Dan graduated in 1986 with a B.S. from John Carroll University. Dan spent the first half of his career working as a CPA, with Barnes Wendling from 1986 until 1988, and with Deloitte from 1988 until 1995. While at Deloitte, Dan specialized in the area of personal tax and financial planning and was awarded the Certified Financial Planner designation in 1992. Dan joined Key PrivateBank in 1995, as a relationship manager responsible for the coordination of financial services for business executives, business owners, and other high net worth individuals and families. In 2000, Dan was one of five relationship managers throughout the country asked to work within a High Net-Worth Partnership within McDonald Financial Group, where he transitioned his role to that of an investment advisor until joining North Point in 2005. Dan is a member of Team Fox, an affiliate of The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research and is the Founder of I Run 4 Pocket Change. Dan is also a member of the Rotary Club of Strongsville.
