Communication

To best understand your needs, we talk with you.   These conversations allow us to obtain information that will be used to help us help you.  We do not ask you to complete a questionnaire.

  • With a complete and thorough mapping of your current position, investment time horizon, related risk tolerance and need for cash from the portfolio, we are able to establish your personal asset allocation range.
  • We are aware that changes will occur.  Our frequent contact allows adjustments to be made in keeping your investment strategy current, effectively reducing unnecessary risk to your portfolio.

Connection

  • Our desire is to meet with you on a quarterly basis, whenever possible.  If a meeting cannot be scheduled, you receive your quarterly reports in writing and we  connect through other means.  
  • We connect with you based on your preferences, not ours.

Service and Support

  • Our experienced staff works closely with our portfolio managers to provide you the customer care you deserve.  They are responsible for balancing client account statements, managing client and custodian communications and correspondence, and providing administrative support.
